Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
